Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My creepy crawly stopped working & I’d tried everything, with no joy. While visiting to test my water, Mitch didn’t try to sell me a new one, but gave me more ideas to identify the problem. Well sure enough his idea fixed the issue, and now my creepy is working better than the first day I installed it!
